Purpose

Ask an AI assistant to make an interface “more modern” and its colors, type, and layout may pull in different directions. UI UX Pro Max is a design Skill for AI assistants. It lets them search guidance on product types, visual styles, palettes, typography, and UX before proposing a design direction. The official core Skill also prioritizes accessibility, interaction, and responsive layout checks.

These are options to examine, not a substitute for knowing your brand, users, or product constraints. In our editorial view, supplying those constraints first is more useful than asking for a style by name. We have not tested that claim on this site.

When to use it

Use it when planning a new page, making an existing interface more consistent, or reviewing forms, navigation, and phone layouts. The project also offers stack-specific guidance, so an assistant can search within the constraints of an existing implementation.

If your team already has a design system, give the assistant the components, colors, and type rules it must follow. Treat recommendations as proposals to review with your team.

Example

Suppose you are adding a mobile booking form. You could ask:

Use UI UX Pro Max to look up layout, typography, and interaction guidance for a booking form. People will complete it on phones. Keep our existing brand colors and form components. Suggest two directions with trade-offs, then check labels, error messages, keyboard access, and wrapping on narrow screens.

This is a hypothetical prompt written for this guide. It is not a form built or tested with the Skill. Compare any suggestions with real content, devices, and user journeys before adopting them.

Limitations

Searchable data and recommendation rules can narrow the design space, but cannot guarantee a fit for a brand, regulation, or user need. An accessibility checklist does not replace hands-on keyboard, screen reader, and contrast testing. People still need to review and test the interface. Dataset sizes and supported platforms may change with upstream releases; check the project documentation for current details.

This guide summarizes official documentation and offers editorial judgment. We have not measured the Skill’s output quality, speed, or every platform combination.

Installation

The official README documents this Codex CLI route. Install the CLI in a terminal, then initialize it from the project where you want to use the Skill:

npm install -g ui-ux-pro-max-cli
uipro init --ai codex

The search script requires Python 3; you can check with python3 --version. These commands change your environment or project. This page displays them but does not run them. See the README for other platforms, including Claude Code’s Marketplace option.
